2011-12 Wisconsin Elite Hockey League Registration FAQ’s

2011-12 Team Fees

In an effort to ensure players’ team fees are paid in a timely fashion the WEHL is implementing the following payment incentive:
  • Fees paid after August 31st will incur a $25 late fee.
  • Fees paid after Sept 15th will incur an additional $25 fee.

*Payment arrangements made with Regional GM’s will be based on when the agreement was finalized and will remain in effect as long as agreed payments are made on a timely manner.

WEHL - Bantam Eligibility Outline

All WAHA Bantam aged players (1997-98) are eligible to participate in the WEHL Bantam Division regardless of expected winter season participation, be it club or high school. The WEHL Bantam Division ends in early October in order to minimize overlap with the players’ local association.

Bantam aged freshman (1997’s) may tryout for their regional U16 Elite team as it is likely they will be playing against older players during the high school season. However, if a player fails to make the Regional U16 Elite roster he must attend the Bantam Division tryouts, no additional tryout fee will be required, and play at that level if he wishes to participate. The Bantam Division tryouts are scheduled after the U16 division for this reason. A 1997 freshman player isn’t required to attend the U16 tryouts and may opt to only attend the Bantam Division tryouts.

The Team Wisconsin U14 team is only available to high school freshman 1997’s due to USA Hockey roster guidelines.
